Produced in response to a prompt to make work "about disruption" for design class at Cooper Union, the action involved a loud verbal intervention into an ongoing critique in the form of an inquiry, "...what are we trying to accomplish with this discussion? Wouldn't we be better off eating pie than talking about this work," amongst other things declared. The golden banner was then placed across the critique wall, and pies were set out on a nearby worktable, at which point the class was served. At some point an apology was made for the theatricality and offensiveness of the initial verbal interruption. The piece concluded by the removal of the banner and the cleaning up of food, followed by a break from class provided by the professor.
