Cookies occurred "one [Tuesday] night only" concurrent with the regularly scheduled exhibition openings at The Cooper Union. The work consisted of chocolate chip, oatmeal, and meringue cookies baked in limited editions, announced by posters placed throughout the school inviting the evening's visitors to see and eat cookies. With the consumption of the last dessert came the end of the show.
